You are not alone. We all want to love and be loved. We want to be understood and accepted. We want to connect with others. We want to belong.
I help adults and teens who struggle with anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, or depression. I am trained in EMDR and use this to help process trauma. I also help couples communicate with each other in healthy ways to resolve conflict and to express their needs, wants, and desires. Sometimes we may be dealing with life transitions such as starting a new school or job, getting married or divorced, becoming a parent, experiencing a loss, or empty next parents . I believe that healing takes place in healthy relationship with another.
I have a special affinity for those on the autism spectrum disorder, and am experienced in working with teens and adults on the autism spectrum disorder who experience anxiety and/or depression.

Marriage and family therapy is my passion and I consider it an honor to help you on your journey to living and loving the life you want. I offer different venues to receive therapy services: face-to-face therapy in office, teletherapy, and also walk & talk therapy (at local nearby park). I often use different forms of creative expression such as drawing, coloring, sand tray, and music in therapy to help clients explore their feelings and experiences.
In my spare time I enjoy being creative and love to paint and draw and craft. I also enjoy watching superhero movies, riding my bike, cooking, and reading. I have two cats Frisky and Lil’ Tiger and they love to curl up next to me on the couch. I enjoy spending time with my family.
